Design Services
Step 1 - An initial consultation is arranged where we can talk through your project in order to identify the size, scope and how The Cornish House can help.
Step 2 - After the initial consultation, we can meet at the site and go through your ideas and objectives of the project and start to formulate a collaborative design concept.
Step 3 - Once a clear concept has been established, we can move on to the production of mood boards, plans and/or drawings, including a detailed specification of furniture, fittings and finishes of both lighting and interiors.
Step 4 - Once the design is signed-off, we can start implementing the specification by issuing plans and/or drawings to contractors, ordering materials, furniture and commencing the full design stage.
